I'm Ashley, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coach & Strategic Life Coaching Practitioner specialising in burnout prevention. The Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) is a modern, validated self-report questionnaire developed at KU Leuven to measure burnout risk. It evaluates four core dimensions: exhaustion, mental distance, cognitive impairment, and emotional impairment.
