

Hey, I'm Ashley, and this was my first time on a paddle board! I'm a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Life Coaching Practitioner specialising in burnout prevention and recovery. I use a range of evidence-based techniques to help professional women create peace, freedom, and joy without sacrificing their ambition.

A little bit about me...
I began my coaching career in 2017 after burning out as an Event Manager. As someone who valued success for most of my adult life, I fell prey to my own feelings of "not enoughness", and my perfectionistic tendencies and people pleasing habits led to anxiety and panic attacks.
Exercise was my therapy and I wanted to share this with others, so I qualified as a Personal Trainer and for the next five years I helped hundreds of women achieve a healthier, more balanced body and mind.
Following numerous requests for support from other business owners, I added business coaching to my offering in 2021. By mid 2022, I started to burn out again. My perfectionism along with my anxiety was at an all time high; my boundaries were rubble; my priorities were all over the place; and my self-worth was dust.
After hitting an all time low, I realised that the problem was me and I couldn't bare to let myself repeat the same patterns. I went all in on my mindset, self-development, and education. I embraced vulnerability and faced uncomfortable truths to rebuild my mental health, self-esteem, and confidence.
I now use this knowledge and experience to help people unlock potential and create more fulfilment and satisfaction in their lives.
On a less serious note, I'm mum to a 16 year-old Devon Rex called Milo, (you can see him here). I have a fiancé called Matt who I've been with for over 12 years. I love coffee, cooking, carbs, and chocolate; and I sometimes dabble in outdoor adventures. I love to learn, and will complete my degree in Summer 2025. I hate running, but I know it's good for me, so I sign up to races to make me do it, and recently completed my first half-marathon!

What?
To dispel the myth of perfection and help women create fulfilled lives without burning out.
How?
Through curious and judgement-free exploration, cognitive reprogramming, confidence and self-esteem building, aligned habit formation, lifestyle reconstruction, and reconnection - I help people both prevent and recover from burnout, and break the emotional and psychological barriers to true fulfilment.
Why?
I've struggled with striving for perfection for most of my life and experienced the pain of anxiety and burnout because of it. I believe that everybody deserves to experience the peace, freedom and joy of dropping perfection and creating their version of success.
