(Payment in full or 2x instalments of £120)

How it works:

1. Complete a short application here.

2. Receive a response with your next steps based on your answers. This will either be confirming your appointment and payment, or booking a free consultation to chat before committing.

3. Have your 90-minute call via Google Meet.

4. Receive a tailored action plan via email.

5. Have a 30-minute follow-up call within 4-6 weeks to discuss progress and receive any helpful adjustments. If you feel like you want to continue receiving support, I’ll walk you through the best way for us to keep working together.

The Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) is a modern, validated self-report questionnaire developed at KU Leuven to measure burnout risk for individuals and workplace teams. It evaluates four core dimensions: exhaustion, mental distance, cognitive impairment, and emotional impairment.

This download includes both the full 23-item and the short 12-item version of the tool.
