Who It's For

Medium to long-term personal coaching and mentoring for overwhelmed professionals. Despite changing your habits, you feel trapped in a cycle of perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. You may or may not have experienced burnout, but know that your approach to work, life, and relationships is not sustainable.

 

What To Expect

Through a series of one-on-one sessions and self-work, you’ll work closely with me to break free from the limiting beliefs that hold you back, overcome your fears of failure, and learn how to embrace progress over perfection. The program focuses on reframing your mindset, building confidence, and equipping you with tools and strategies to create your version of success and fulfilment without burning out.​

Life Analysis & Clarity: A deep dive into your current challenges, habits, and clarity on what you truly want (it's not always what you think).

Cognitive Reprogramming: CBT coaching to work through limiting beliefs, self-narrative, and unhelpful thinking patterns that fuel self-doubt, perfectionism, and procrastination.

Personalised Strategies: Custom protocols tailored to your unique challenges and energy, including stress and anxiety management tools.

​

Confidence Building: Exercises and practices to build your self-belief and self-confidence.

​

Accountability & Progress Tracking: Continuous support, check-ins, and reflections to keep you on track and focused.

Plus, some laughs: This is serious work, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. Humour, joy, and play is essential to reconnecting with yourself, so don't expect to work with me without it!

The Result

By the end of the support, you’ll have clarity on your purpose and what keeps you fulfilled. You will think differently about yourself and have a supportive and compassionate self-narrative. You will have a newfound confidence to do things you never dreamed you could in life, career, and relationships. We'll spend around 20-30 minutes discussing your vision and goals, and how we can get there, after which you can decide if you want to do it as a team. This is not a sales call and you won't be pressured into invest in anything that isn't right for either of us.
