This is medium to long-term personal coaching for women who are capable, conscientious, and used to holding a lot together.

 

On the surface, you function well. Underneath, you may feel stuck in patterns of:

  • Perfectionism and overthinking

  • Procrastination followed by guilt

  • People-pleasing and second-guessing yourself

  • Chronic stress, mental fatigue, or emotional overload

 

You may or may not have experienced burnout, but you know your current approach to work, life, and relationships isn’t sustainable.

You’ve tried changing habits, being more disciplined, or “sorting yourself out", yet the same patterns keep resurfacing.

 

What you’re craving now isn’t more motivation, it’s clarity, self-trust, peace, and a way of exceeding your potential that doesn’t cost you your wellbeing.

This is a supportive, psychology-informed 1:1 coaching space where we slow things down enough for meaningful change to happen.

What It Looks Like (My Burnout-Proof Framework)

Our work follows a simple, structured framework designed to prevent burnout.

1. Stabilise

We reduce overwhelm first by restoring nervous system safety and creating mental space to think clearly again.

2. Clarify

We explore what actually matters to you, not what you think you should want. This often brings clarity around identity, purpose, and fulfilment.

3. Align

We bring your life, work, and boundaries back into alignment with your values and energy, so decisions feel lighter and more intentional.

4. Sustain

We focus on long-term resilience, building self-trust, recognising early burnout signals, and creating rhythms that support you beyond our time together.

This is serious work, but it doesn’t have to be intense or joyless. Laughter, warmth, and play are part of reconnecting with yourself, so expect compassion, honesty, and the occasional well-timed laugh along the way.

By the end of our work together, you will:

90-Minute Reset

Burnout Reset

A focused reset for when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or on the edge of burnout.

What It Is

A one-off, 90-minute 1:1 coaching session designed to help you pause, recalibrate, and regain clarity, without committing to long-term coaching.

 

This is for moments when things feel noisy, heavy, or misaligned, and you need clear thinking, emotional relief, and a way forward.

It’s not surface-level advice. It’s a structured, psychology-informed reset.

Who It's For

This session is ideal if you:

  • Feel mentally overloaded, anxious, or emotionally drained

  • Are stuck in overthinking, procrastination, or perfectionism

  • Know something needs to change, but can’t see clearly what

  • Are close to burnout, or trying to prevent another one

  • Want support without committing to ongoing coaching (yet)

 

Many clients use this as a circuit-breaker when life or work starts to feel unsustainable.

What It Looks Like

This session follows a condensed version of the Burnout-Proof framework.

1. Stabilise

We slow things down and reduce overwhelm.

  • Identify what’s driving your current stress

  • Regulate the nervous system so you can think clearly

  • Create emotional and mental space

 

Outcome: You feel calmer and more grounded.

2. Clarify

We get clear on what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

  • Untangle competing thoughts and pressures

  • Identify misalignment between values, energy, and expectations

  • Clarify what you need right now (not what you “should” do)

 

Outcome: You understand what’s really causing the stuckness.

3. Reset & Re-align 

We turn insight into grounded, realistic action.

  • Decide what stays, what changes, and what can wait

  • Set 2–3 clear priorities or boundaries

  • Create a short, compassionate reset plan you can actually follow

 

Outcome: You leave with clarity, direction, and relief.

The Follow-Up Check-In (Included)

30-minute check-in call (2–3 weeks later)

This is where the reset sticks.

In this session, we:

  • Review what’s shifted since the reset

  • Address anything that’s crept back in

  • Adjust boundaries or plans if needed

  • Decide whether further support would be helpful (no pressure)

This helps prevent the “I felt better… then slipped back” cycle.
